Perlan‘s Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy of Perla norðursins hf., registered at Öskjuhlíð, 105 Reykjavík, Iceland.
These terms and policies apply to all guests visiting Perlan – Wonders of Iceland and purchasing their services/products at www.perlan.is.

A. Individuals and Groups

Perlan offers a full refund for individuals and groups:

All cancellations must be presented to Perlan in writing, via e-mail, at info@perlan.is or agent@perlan.is.

When individuals or groups have pre-booked admission to any of Perlan's exhibitions, they need to send cancellation via e-mail two hours before arrival with the booking number to get a full refund.

It is easy to change the date and time of arrival and changes are free of charge. If you wish to make any changes to your confirmed booking please send us a request via e-mail at info@perlan.is or agent@perlan.is. 

B. Private Events

Perlan offers a full refund if canceled 15 days before arrival for pre-booked private events:

All cancellations must be presented to Perlan in writing, via e-mail, at  info@perlan.is or agent@perlan.is.

Refund policy for private event cancellation are as following:

• Fifteen days or more before the reserved private event date - Full refund.
• 8-14 days before the reserved private event date - 80% will be refunded.
• 1-7 days before the reserved private event date - 20% will be refunded.

Perlan reserves the right to change or cancel booking and reservation by events of operating requirements or circumstances beyond its control. Such events as natural hazards, unfavorable weather or extreme conditions, equipment malfunction, or any other similar events that could result in the temporary closure of Perlan or one of Perlan exhibitions. All bookings and reservations which Perlan cancels, the Reseller shall be entitled to either a full refund or to change the booking to another date free of charge.
